Formerly The Fountains at Andover. The facility was built by a group with a vision in mind to provide quality care to seniors while maintain their ability to maintain their highest level of independence and dignity.
Our facility is warm and inviting to all. Our 15 foot halls are filled with personality, from the shuffle board and pool table near the game to the peacefull chirps of birds in the atrium room. Enjoy a stroll through one of the two courtyards which are filled of lush greenary and a gazebo to sit under and enjoy it all. A full size trolley car sits as a centerpeice to the dining room functioning as a great place for a private meal with your guests.
Skilled Nursing & Rehab
Currently under construction our skilled nursing and rehab facility will offer a warm comfortable enviroment while facilitating your skilled and rehab needs.
Out-Patient Rehab
Victory Falls will also offer out-patient Rehab. This new state of the art facility have 12000 square feet of Physical and Occupational therapy space. Our experienced physical therapists will work with you to help you regain your highest possible level of functioning.
